Glenohumeral Instability
Signs in common with thoracic outlet syndrome:

- History of repeated overuse in the overhead position
- History of trauma
- “Dead arm” symptoms, heaviness in the arm, or transient neurological symptoms
- Positive glenohumeral instability testing
- Apprehension test
- Anterior and posterior draw tests in the adducted and abducted shoulder
- The sulcus test
- Dynamic anterior and posterior stability tests
